If you cannot unlock the achievement due to the unknown entry behind killing the Buzzard Wizard, the mob is the merchant hat.

To unlock it, you simply have to hit the merchant hat on the market floors a couple times ( I did 10 ) over a couple of floors or runs, and it will unlock the same way as the other mobs. Keep in mind that the hat does not "die", so just hit it a couple of times and move on for the next one.
