Description
This pack contains two assets: Parking4x6x192x08.crp and Parking4x6x192x16.crp.
Both are 4x6 cells underground parkings (each 192 cars capacity).
The difference is in a connection offset only: 8m for small roads and 16m for medium and large roads.
'Without connection road' more compact variant can be found here
Note: any road anarchy mod is recommended because in some situations there are complaints about "slope too steep" or "space occupied".
These parkings are not parks which affect at land value (i see no reason to do it) or attractiveness.
In-game you can place any properties over my prefabs for making them individual (Prop&Tree anarchy is needed) and do not make your city too unitary with constantly repeated (even beautifully looking) other prefabs that pre-filled with props.
Disadvantage: The connection road is "decorative" - cars and pedestrians DO NOT follow it but just "dive in&out" underground. To make the connection functional means to make prefab's size bigger (i won't do it).
After installation these parkings can be found under "Roads->Road condition" tab.

"Mass transit" DLC is not really required for functionality. I can reset it (in Workshop and mod itself) but I'm not sure about "Road Conditions" tab...

Afterwords:
Maybe I will try to make the connection functional. But only for pedestrians i see no reason. Even with "More Network Stuff" by BloodyPenguin i don't see any solution to route obvious cars not trucks, trains etc.
Any thoughts...?

Regarding your afterwords:
Users can restrict the incoming vehicle types with tmpe themselves...

Other than that, is this really functional?
You say cars just dive to it which kills it for me, following this thread in case you decide to make the entrance functional...
