Ashburnham Terrace by Khrysler

Attractive Victorian brick terrace "not a row house" with some heritage and possible hidden history. Inspired by row houses can be found in Back Bay area in Boston Massachusetts.

I love this asset it is so flexible in its application, it looks good in a downtown or city suburb. Bring on the alleys.

It is peak UK Victorian seaside. Your building has a really good colour map already, but not the clean white I'm after( A light brown is as far as it goes). They're are buildings already on the workshop, but your buildings are a cut above. I think the only thing needed is to change the red to white, that way really subtle pastels could be done. Really appreciate your time looking into it.

Hey Khrysler, I love this building and use it in every city. Was wondering(if it is a simple task) whether you could release it with a white colour map that could be used alongside painter mod, instead of just the red. It has a UK style/look and having it with white stucco with the ability to have pastel colours would be bliss. If it isn't a simple thing to do, no worries, as you modders give us so much already.

Hi, just letting you know I get this listed as asset problem.

Missing Asset
6' Wood Fence - 8m (791273896)

Used by:
Kh H4 1x3 Ashburnham Terrace (1724508780)

The above item, is definitely subscribed to and downloaded as well.

This is what the report says

Assets that are missing
There are two reasons for an asset to appear in this section: (1) The asset is placed in the city but is missing (2) The asset is used by some other asset but is missing.


Hopefully it's just a glitch and will not show as missing again.
I'll try again to see if it loads properly, I've tried three times now and I get the same message.
Will give an update after the next attempt
