TTT Winchester Lever Action fix

Description
This addon was created especially for Trouble in Terrorist Town, so keep that in mind.

I have found unsupported addon on workshop and changed it with my code, added reload sounds, so now it works fine.

The code is written very clearly, so...
Feel free to add this to your server, and modify it at your will :)

If nothing has changed it should be spawning in TTT game modes maps in weapon random location place.

That's great and all, but the gun shown is lever-action rifle, not bolt
