The Tactical gloves from Insurgency: Sandstorm now in CADPAT inspired camouflage. Replaces the Security hands

REQUIRES THE SHARED RESOURCES PACK

Bug: Makes hands viewmodel completely white. Tried reinstalling both the mod and the game twice. Works good once or twice and then breaks.
