If i remember correctly, i used the Skyrim SNPCS addon for the horse model. But i'm sure you can find standalone versions of the horse.

and for the fire i used the Advanced Particle Controler addon

the drogon toe bones are from 150-170 if i rebember correctly

My goodness that looks amazing! I've got to ask, where did you get those fire effects and which bones control the toes of Drogon, those bones are titles 1-192. (at least that's what's I saw) Just saying that so you don't I've gone insane or something!
