And if you cant find it, type mechanic since he replaced Ellis's model. You should find Upshur in the Usermod category.

You can tell if I used Miles. But I did use the citizen model for this, but recently I figured out you can port the Miles Upshur model from the L4D2 workshop. The only thing you need is this tool called GCFscape and you also need to know how to use it.
