What to Find
There are a couple of thing regarding how to edit the "handling.cfg" file. That give a lot of complicated data. Just focus on Columns A, B, D, N, O, and P. The main vehicles we are focusing on are "cars" and "bikes" (motorcycles). Boats, and Airplanes all have their own set of variables in each column that are totally different vehicle type.

"A" is the Internal name of each vehicle. A complete list can be found here:
https://gtamods.com/wiki/List_of_vehicles_(SA)

"B" is the "Mass" of the vehicle. The higher the number, the easier it is for it to push other vehicles around.

"D" is the drag multiplier (how aerodynamic the vehicle is). The lower the number, the more aerodynamic a vehicle will be.

"E" is NOT used at all it skips straight to "F" Remember that if your eyes get lost due to the collumn labels being slightly misaligned with the rows of variables.

We are not focusing on F through M as they are more advanced, or do not need changing.

"N" is the max velocity of the vehicle.

"O" is the amount of acceleration (higher is better, but also makes it easier to lose control of the vehicle)

"P" is the Engine Inertia. The higher this value is the more gradual the acceleration will become. I would change this in increments of + or - 0.5

Where to Find It
The file you are looking for is labeled "handling.cfg"

It is located in "steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto San Andreas\data"

Open that file using a text editor with word wrapping disabled. Go hog wild and have fun ;-)
