Yeah I saw that, shame. Looks like they'll be moving to a forum instead.

Regarding tweaking your screens in PS, you can probably find some good image colour correction tutorials just by googling for them. You can probably get the hang of it after a few videos.

(Part 1) It took me some time to learn all the different tools and how to combine them. Making tutorials on all of them would take quite a while.

The most important thing would be the resolution you downsample from. This one was taken at 2880x1620 and then resampled to 1080p. Custom resolutions can be added to the Nvidia control panel (Display > Change Resolution > Customise... > Create Custom Resolution...) and then selected ingame.

(Part 2) Or, by combinnig SoftTH and D3D Looking Glass you can create much higher resolutions at whatever aspect ratio you like. SGSSAA can be enabled in Nvidia Inspector. Tools like SweetFX are used for completely changing the colours and overall look of the game (lots of individual options to tweak). None of these tools are all that user friendly sadly.

Generally speaking though, Dead End Thrills [www.flickr.com] is a great place to get help, starting tips and advice from people who know much more about this than me (and are better at it as well).

Anyway, it's not exactly a tutorial (wouldn't have time for that I'm afraid) but hopefully it can give you an idea of how to get started :)

do you think you could make some tutorials on how to tweak in game screens? this is great stuff.
