Description
Just another addition to my urbanistic tend to made all things more compact. LOL

This is a 'without connection road' variant of "Compact Underground Parkings". Read description from the link - I'm too lazy to type words ;)
The same 192 cars capacity but 4x4 cells size. Nothing else.

This still works and it's awesome. I play with realistic population to get rid of pocket cars but having 100's of parking garages downtown doesn't seem realistic. The city I live in has a ton of parking under buildings so this helps me replicate that!
