@E7ajamy I did show this model to a friend I know that is very familiar with Source late last night, and he told me the VTA file of the version I have doesn't quite match up with the actual model, which is probably why the the "squish" expressions are a bit buggy.

@Lappy i tried to test the sfm version tho before i try to fix it, but still no results.

@E7ajamy ouch, that is unfortunate. Considering I could think of a couple of scenes with this model where the whale plush would get sat on to be squished down.
Maybe it has something to do from the fact that it was ported from SFM, and the somewhere in the process somehow caused the center parts of those squish flexes to go "inverted" when flexed...

"oh whale..." at least the other flexes work perfectly fine, so I can still use the model in scene builds ^^

@kled you need tf2 to download this, well you can but it'l be crap, you need tf2 for the Textures
