Anything with many guns, good maneuverability and good enough protection :P but easy and cheap to build

Ah alright thank you^^, and one last question what kind of ship-types would you recommend in my case?

Ah c= use lots of scattered battery + turrets + solar panel combo, much harder to fight against an array of turrets rather than some defensive installments

I think you misunderstood me. Basically the Civilian Sector is going to be somewhere in deep space hard to reach and its going to be responsible for mining operations which in return means that there is no such thing was resource scarcity which means that I can build expensive large ships without much of a hassle nor time investment.I now was wondering how you would build/ use your combat ships (and defenses on strategic moons like Europa for that matter) if you don't have to worry about resources.

It's really hard to defend static bases on SE due to how there's no advantage of static grids compared to dynamic grids in combat on SE, so any attacker would have an advantage, the only advantage a static grid has that it doesn't have to worry about weight and can have crazy heavy armor, but even that is nothing compared to maneuverability. I'd say if you really have to have the civilian sectors, spread out your defenses with battery + turrets everywhere to make them cheap and harder to cheese against, but any attacker will always have an advantage

Do u think that it would be possible to be more effective with an superior firepower approach if your faction has for example an civilian sector in the outer regions getting resources for your main fleet. Since your doctrine is mainly a hit'n run tactic with cheap equipment and not suitable if you have a few regions and stations to guard and (at least seems) ineffective if you fight anything more than one ship at a time.
