Durable Ships

Description
For Stellaris 3.0.*

A personal mod that I've been using since 2.2.* which I decided to share.

This makes the Military Spaceships feel more "Spaceships" instead of like wooden ships easily getting poked and sunk within seconds. They will still sunk within seconds in a battle but they'll last longer than before (than vanilla)
Also, Titan now really feels like Titan.

Features
Basically, all this do is add a script that triggers at game start and every 10 years (Every 10 years to allow newly created AI civ to get the features and to prevent script lag (if daily/yearly/etc))

Ship Changes
Non-Fallen/Awakened AI + Player:
-Corvette gets +3000 HP
-Destroyer gets +7000 HP
-Cruisers gets +11000 HP
-Battleship gets +15000 HP
-Titan gets +19000 HP
-juggernaut gets +23000 HP

For Fallen/Awakened:
Same as above but with additional +1000 (so corvette is 4000 HP for them)

Crisis ships are not affected by the boost

Would it be possible to change the mod to add to all empires a buff to the hull of 100% 200% 300%? that way will be compatible with any mods that add ships right? and would be fair to everyone

Sorry for the late reply. I really tend to forget that I have pending msgs all over my mods.

@Simuran: Yes, it should work fine, this mod doesnt modified that, instead this one add a script that triggers at the start of the match.

@Folcon: oh sorry, nsc made alot of changes which I consider "too much". it's a great mod, dont get me wrong, it's just that it's out of my taste to use.

@——: I do have a mod called citadel defense grid. it's like this but for citadels/starbases

Does it compatible with mods that changes ship modules but doesn’t changes or adds new ships?

I would love to use this mod, if it was usable with NSC....

Thanks for your mod. It will be even better if you increase the starbases' HP at the same time.

trevor593355: Unfortunately, no. But I can add them if you can provide me a game log file. (After you start a new game. (Create an empire, generate galaxy etc), the setup log (I think it's the setup log, if not, it's the game log inside the log folder of stellaris in documents) should be atleast 1mb) if you can send me the content of it, I'll be able to add them.

Is there a patch for NSC?

Also, I might change the 5k per tier hp up. I might do instead a Steep one, like for corvette, it'll be 3K start then will do a +3500 per Tier up.

but the main goal is just to make the ships battle last longer without doing major changes to the weapon. So far, it does achieve it's goal, spaceships feel like spaceships. Only problem is that sometimes, they'll drag your space battle for a long long time.

Tracyn057: That this is actually what Im checking and to be honest, they're seemed to be an increase of 2k fleet power per 3 corvette fleet or so I thought at first, a 20 corvette fleet has a 9k+ fleet power.

3 battleship with stock tech weapons (Tier 1) and armor (Tier 1) with a 20K+ hp boost is still on a 4k fleet power.

So yeah, seems like the changes to the fleet power is about 1k per ship or something. I posted a calculation of Fleet Power on the discussion in my Yamato Mod. you can use it to try check out.
