Upon joining the server, you will be prompted with the main menu.
The main menu will consist of:
#New
#Load
#Tutorial
#Leave

New Button will prompt you to begin a character creation screen. (See: "New Character" section).

Load Button will bring up another GUI (Graphical User Interface). Or another screen. The load screen will display all of your previously created characters. Keep in mind that there is no feature for saving, and therefore, saving is not require for roleplay. It will basically automatically save every time you play on the server.

Leave Button, Upon clicking it you will be returned to the main menu of Garry's Mod.

[RP-] Role Play.

[Minge/Minging-] This is a term used by Players/Admins to label or name an incompetent or intelligible players. Types of people that are commonly given this name are people who mostly don't play seriously, people who are new to Garry's Mod RP Servers, Squeakers/Younglings [the people that haven't reached puberty yet] Or people who are just plain unintelligible [People without a single brain cell].

[IC-] Short for In-Character, this is anything you say or do in roleplay.

[OOC-] Short for Out-Of-Character, this is anything you say using the commands /ooc [Whole Server can hear you] or /looc [Only people near you can hear it].

[NLR-] Short for New-Life-Rule, When you die you forget what has happened in the previous event before your death.

[Meta/Metagaming-] Using information that your character could not have acquired in
character.

[Powergaming-] Forcing a roleplay action upon another player without their OOC consent. This has exceptions such as mugging and faction kidnapping.

[FailRP-] Breaking the roleplay scenario or otherwise doing something your character would not be able to do.

[Void-] When something in roleplay happened that you didn't intent to happen for example you break a rule on accident or you say something that was meant to be OOC, when you "VOID THAT" and the others agree then whatever has been said is now OOC and not IC anymore. (Don't annoy people by constantly saying this, it's only meant for mistakes OTHERS MUST AGREE).

[Downtime-] When the server has 4 or fewer player so you can do whatever you want within certain range but do remember people could still be RPing so please be kind.

[Player/Perma/Character Kill-] Abbreviated to PK [Player Kill] or CK [Character Kill], this i when a character is killed off permanently in RP. PKs can come in hard PKs which completely resets your position in a faction, or soft Pks, which only resets your name.

[In Game Rules:]

[2.] Racial slurs is not appreciated on the server. [OOC or IC]

[6.] All forms of ERP [Erotic Roleplay] is banned.

[7.] If you're within 5ft if another player attempting a "/me" you MUST stop to either resist/counter roll.

[8.] No Powergaming. For example do not go up yo someone and say "/me steals your bag of bottle caps and Laser Rifle without you noticing".

[9.] Do not speak frequently OOC in game voice. Doing so will earn you a permanent gag, or a ban.

[10.] Do not attempt to find loopholes in the rules. Any and all loopholes attempted will be met with a ban.

[11.] Do not attempt to kill in safe zones.

[12.] You cannot transfer bottle caps and items to other characters.

[13.] You may kill anybody. you must follow the rule 14.

[14.] you cannot kill the same person again until his NLR is over [5 minutes].

After selecting the 'New Character' option of the main menu, a screen will prompt for you, showing you your whitelists.

You may click on 'choose faction' which will bring you to the character menu.
You will be presented with the following screen
You can see options such as 'SEX' or 'SKIN'.
Upon clicking the option 'SEX' you will be displayed an model of the female gender.You may click 'SEX' again to revert back to your male model
You may see a side bar saying "MALE 01" or "MALE 02" which upon clicked can show you different models as you can see below
Whenever you pick the model that suits your character the best, you can click on skin which will change your character model with small details.
Whenever you are done with your character creation you may proceed by clicking 'CONTINUE'
You will be prompted with a window to select your first and last name.

You will be transfered to your character spawn.
Upon spawn you must create . Entering the In-Game World) character description, and whether or not you recognize them.Character descriptions may be created using "/chardesc [Description]". You will be able to see their 3D world model otherwise known as a playermodel or character model.
Your character description should look something like this:
b]" A man standing in at 6 feet 7 Inches weighing 200 pounds || Muscular build || NFFA Chairman"[/b]

Upon Spawn
After you've created your character with it's own unique name and description, you and your character will spawn into the game world. Upon spawning, you will notice several GUI's on your Heads Up Display (HUD). This HUD will display your health, action points, compass and basic needs.

Basic Commands
/me - This command is used to describe an action your character is doing. All /me's are placed in third person. Ex. " /me attempts to hack the terminal. " This will display as "***Joseph Kai attempts to hack the terminal."

/y - This will allow your character to yell. Yelling gives a distance boost to who can hear your voice text in game. Ex. "/y Enclave Incoming!"

/w This will allow your character to whisper. Whispering will limit the range drastically on who can hear what you say. A character will have to be right next to you to hear this. Ex. "/w I think we should deny the deal, Elder Redwood."

/fallover - This command will force your character to fall over and go into ragdoll mode. You will be unable to move when in ragdoll mode, however, you will still be able to look about in first person albeit an awkward position. Using this command is recommended when you have been injured and/or someone is dragging you along. When someone is in ragdoll mode, you can use your Right Mouse Button (RMB) to pick them up. Press the Space key to get back onto your feet.

/looc - This command will allow you to speak locally out of character (LOOC). This is used for when you would like to communicate out-of-IC (In-Character) or OOC to those in a general range around you. You must make sure to speak with this when speaking out of character.

// - This command will allow you to speak globally to the entire server in OOC.

@ - This command will allow you to report an issue or call an admin. Anyone that is staff on the server will see your message.

/it - This command will allow you to describe something out of your character but IC. Ex: "/it The pop can falls over after a small gust of wind."

Looting System
Loot can be found in the wild in various forms of containers.
You can loot them in order to sell, use or to craft weapons
Inventory System
All the items you collect, buy or craft stay in your character inventory in a definitive way.
You don't lose items upon death nor restart.

Crafting System
You can buy blueprints on vendor NPC's or find them out in the wild while looting. Blueprints can be learned and used to craft weapons. Upon blueprint learning you are able to craft the item as many times as you want.

Basic needs
Food is a must have in the harsh wasteland. Make sure you are well fed
Water is your main source of energy. Make sure you drink it.
Portable Ammo
Make sure you always have extra ammo in your inventory.
Ammo is only lost upon death if you load it in your gun.

"Blackjack"

Questing
You can speak with the quest giver that will handle you a quest which upon completed will give you a reward
It also has quest markers on the objectives

Armor has buffs and debuffs depending on which armor you are using.In the other hand power armor needs training. You need to be trained by reading a book

[Caesar's Legion]
Caesar's Legion is an autocratic, traditionalist, imperialistic slaver society and totalitarian dictatorship. Founded in 2247 by Edward Sallow (also known as Caesar) and Joshua Graham, it is based on the ancient Roman Empire. Its legionaries are a well organised, culturally insular fighting force that mainly operate east of the Colorado River and the Grand Canyon, in the former state of Arizona. Ever pushing west, their capital is the city of Flagstaff.

[New California Republic]
New California (officially the New California Republic, often abbreviated to NCR) is a large, democratic federation of states with a population of well over 700,000 based in California, with holdings in Nevada, Mexico (Baja California) and along the Colorado River. The NCR emphasizes and claims to support a myriad of old-world values, such as democracy, personal liberty, and the rule of law. It also strives to restore general order to the wasteland, the improvement and development of infrastructure and economic systems, and a basic common peace between the people.

[Brotherhood of Steel]
The Brotherhood of Steel is a paramilitary organisation, devoted to the recovery and preservation of pre-War technology and information. Officially, the Brotherhood seeks to salvage such knowledge so that it may be used for the benefit of mankind, but in practice, they are oddly selective as to what is important enough to be saved, often ignoring basic but potentially useful technologies (such as agriculture and civil engineering,) in favor of military hardware like energy weapons and power armor. They are notoriously secretive with their discoveries and distrustful of outsiders, even outright hostile in some cases. Even now, more than two centuries after the Great War, the Brotherhood zealously restricts the use and knowledge of their technological finds, even within their own ranks.

[The Enclave]
The Enclave is an organisation that claims to be the legally-sanctioned continuity of the pre-War federal government of the United States and styles itself the United States of America as such.[4] Prior to the nuclear holocaust, the organisation existed as a cabal of top-ranking political, scientific and military officials that secretly controlled the United States as a shadow government. The Enclave is primarily comprised of ancestral descendants of both the organisation's original members (most notably, the last standing president of the United States before the Great War) and representatives of powerful corporations that worked closely with the U.S government, such as Vault-Tec and Poseidon Energy.
