Helicarrier Thruster (Hage Rebalance)

This is a trimmed and re-balanced version of the Helicarrier Thruster mod intended for use in my Dueling Earths PVP server. My edit makes the following changes to the original mod:

1) Removes most thruster variants, keeping only the Large and Extra Large version with full attachment points.
2) Fixes hit boxes to prevent clipping through blocks, making these thrusters closer to Vanilla in terms of where they can be placed.
3) Fixed mount points to resemble vanilla thrusters. Original mod allowed for thrusters to connect in open air as well as on the blades of the thrusters.
4) Added thruster damage
5) Adjusted stats (increased cost, mass, and integrity. Decreased thrust to match similar volume of vanilla thrusters)
