i mean it could be a good game, if not for lack of effort put into it
i'm not saying that i would do better, cuz i dont know anything about coding, these HTML thingamajigs were taught to me by another player in a different shitty shooter game that is no longer supported cuz webGL or sum shit idk, but... i can't call this game good, but its at least fun and definetely better AFTER you've set it up in your NVIDIA Control Panel in "Manage 3D settings" → "Program settings" and select "Rebel Forces (RebelForces.exe)" or wherever you can make this game not obliterate your graphics card
tl;dr : its just a mediocre browser fps game
this game is a security threat to dumbass children playing this shit.
and the dude that made this game also made a handful of similar games with a few changes and asks pennies for them (some of them are free on the awful "free browser games" sites which absolutely suck ass), those masked forces games have less (steam) players than the free rebel forces but they are functionally the same.
