描述
This is a 4x4 straight L1 Commercial High building based on the Gap store in Ginza, Tokyo. It can be placed on straight tiles but works better as a corner building, which the real building is.

It is part of my Flagship Store collection. Please support the collection by giving it a thumbs up!

Main Model: 8,126 tris / 2,048x2,048 texture / diffuse, illumination, specular, alpha maps
Custom LOD: 371 tris / 256x256 texture / diffuse, illumination maps
Model made with Blender

Screenshots were taken with Photorealistic_lut_Final_by_Reaper which I highly recommend.

The asset has been fine-tuned for saturation and brightness but please feel free to leave me suggestions and I will consider tweaking it in further updates.

Of course, if you encounter any issues in-game, please post it below and I'll do my best to fix it!

@TheNotoriusTesla The only reason I can think of is you were not placing it on high commercial tiles. You will need mods like Plop the Growables if you wanna plop building anywhere without regard to zoning.
