PMC Combine Soldiers REMAKE

This is a remake of my first ever real addon - PMC Combine Soldiers.
Differences between the original and this one:

- No longer conflicts with Global Defence Forces by Filz0 or almost any other PMC addon (Material conflict resolved by renaming materials)
- Metropolice NPC no longer uses HL2 model if another Metropolice NPC-containing addon is installed (conflicting code fixed)
- Metropolice spawnicon fixed
- Playermodels now have Combine c_hands
- Merged the default and shotgun soldiers together since there was no shotgun skin variation

Features:
Playermodels with Combine c_arms
NPCs with correct weapons, spawnicons

Where the hell are the models from?
1. Combine Soldier is from SMOD:CryLife (Crysis in Half-Life 2)
2. Combine Super Soldier/Elite is from Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 1 or 2
3.Metrocop/Metropolice/Civil Protection is from SMOD:Tactical
4. Combine Soldier Nova Prospekt Prison Guard is from SMOD:Tactical
5. This pack doesn't include Barney or Zombine
