I didn't touch the file for a long while. It should work fine if you have successfully used it before. However, the steam system will constantly check the mod subscription. Sometimes that will result in an incomplete download for some mod. You can try to restart the game or re-subscribe the mod a few times.
I just saved the game try to load it and it crash saying error, midior mesh agv crash,
is there a bug?

As your using an 11 car model, according to the website it has a mass of 372 tons rather than 429.
Also the the power output is for Italo (specifically) is 7600 kw. and not 7461.
Which gives a p/w ratio of 20.43 rather than 17.39. Which explains why its much slower than the TGV models you just released.
Actually, I put in the realistic seat number in the coding file. It's automatically divided by 4 by the game. You will get roughly the real train capacity if you multiplied the current number by 4. And yes, those trains have low capacity in the real world as well.
Also, I have no intention to tailored those figures to suit individual needs. I don't have the time to do all those variants. You must understand that.
