Eve Quadcopter Ascent vehicle

This vehicle is designed to be launched from Kerbin, fly to Eve, land, generate fuel with the included ISRU and then use its four rotors to ascend up to 19km above sea level where the rocket engines kick in and get the pilot back up again into space.

Press 0 to unlock the rotors.
Press 1 to engage the motor.
Use Wheel Throttle to control the motors' power. In the lower parts of Eve's atmosphere, you cannot use full power or the batteries will run out sooner than the large solar panels (press 9 to expand/retract) can refull them.
