THIS MAP REQUIRES A PRETTY ROBUST SYSTEM! LOADS 12.4 GIG ON STARTUP!

This map was inspired by the North Bend/Coos Bay Oregon Area.
It's a reasonably accurate representation of the area, I have however incorporated a few alterations
to reality in order to enhance Game play.
I have added a highway bypass and interchange that do not exist in reality. This is to relieve traffic congestion in the city.
The actual rail line that crosses the bay passes through a swing bridge, I used an elevated bridge instead.
I have provided rail passing tracks at both the north and south perimeters and placed a second short section of track to create an addtional outside connection should you want to separate passenger and freight.

I have placed several streets passing through the city from Network Extensions 2, so you will need that mod for streets to appear.
Some of these streets require a certain "milestone" to be achieved before you can use them under normal game play.
THEREFORE YOU MUST HAVE "UNLOCK ALL" TURNED ON. Otherwise the game will open with all icons blacked out.
This is intended to be an 81 tile map.
Theme for this map is my CoosBay theme (the actual file name is CoosBay03) and the LUT is Chiaroscuro.
I highly recommend keeping fog on. The map textures and LUT where created with fog on and will appear too harsh and too yellow without it.
