SAME FATIGUE FOR RECORDS AND ROMANCE
✪ Romance mode now has fatigue levels from Records mode.

So you can play heroes duels from Romance with the fatigue of records battles. Choose Romance battle set up for that.

LONGER BATTLES
than vanilla historical battles

Changes applied for both battle modes.
This mod brings the same feeling than its equivalent for Attila, Thrones of Britannia, Rome II and Warhammer II. Obviously, it is slightly adapted to keep the proper logic and specificities of this game.

Global coefficients have been applied depending on the level of fatigue to:
- speed, charge bonus, melee attack, melee defence, weapon damage, missiles damages, missiles reloading, missiles accuracy, weapon damage and damage base.

Then morale (globaly increased) and fatigue (for combat, shooting, running and idling) have been slightly tweaked. Melee hitchance has been decreased. Matched combat chance have been increased.

No unit stats change! The balance between units keeps pretty unchanged.

☛ Towers damages have been nerfed (to equilibrate with the slightly slower units. I don’t want units being totally killed before than can reach the ennemy fort and towers).

✎ Battles will be approximatively 25%-50% longer than vanilla records mode, depending of the number and quality of units, and their use. Battles will also be a little deadlier, due to the fact that units fight longer with their improved moral.


DIFFICULTIES
✪ Hard and Very Hard difficulties won't change AI units stats anymore! So you can choose a higher difficulty for having a better AI without units stats change.

✎ Because I learnt that in vanilla, for higher difficulties, AI makes clever decisions than in normal difficulty, and units have stats buffs. I am just interested for having the best AI possible for its level of decisions, but I don't want stats changes. I regret that the best AI is not applied for all difficulties.

I am thinking to create as equivalent mod for Troy Total and Pharaoh, when I'll can buy these games.

@Tenshin51 I can't undertsnad why these units would be weaker with my mod. Unit (and not heroes) defense, armor, and especially their morale have been increased. And even the decreased coefficients, melee hitchance and melle attack, shouldn't be responsable to make weaker.

Sadly yes spear unit feel weak against hero especially w/ garrison unit who are militia. Garrison unit break their morale easily against heroes. I am currently playing as bandit faction, bandit garrison are just useless in current CA balance. I guess CA needed to boast Garrison morale to make them a bit effective.

Hello. Thank you. It depends, if the mod only modifies units stats, it surely be compatible. If the mod modifies universal coefficients (which apply/modify above unit stats) like : " speed, charge bonus, melee attack, melee defence, weapon damage, missiles reloading, accuracy, weapon damage and damage base.

@Tenshin51 I am not playing a lot this game, so your feedback is important. Do you think spears units are weaker against heroes with my mod rather an in vanilla ?

Is there a way to make heroes vulnerable against spears? W/ morale low tier garrison units seems useless against heroes.
