Tactician Difficulty Increase (Definitive Edition)

Description
Increases the difficulty of Tactician. Enemy Physical armor and magic armor boosted 150% up from 50%. Damage boosted 100% up from 50%, and vitality boosted to 100% up from 50. Based on 'difficulty increase' mod by Damashi The Kaotic (with slightly lower values)

Wow, a diffculty increaser that doesn't do anything but stat boosts! Really feeling the artificial nature here!
