I know nothing about AI programming except the fact that the bots need navmeshes, but I do plan to make NextBot NPCs in Gmod. I may, just may be able to fix it once I have the right tools and expierence. And yes, sometime today I will tell the author about the navmesh stuff.

Well, I sort of generally told him about the issue, but I'm sure he wouldn't mind getting the details in map creator lingo, about navmesh etc. Or you can just fix it yourself, as I suggested.

I just figured out that they only shoot the door near the T spawn.

Thanks for taking the time to investigate.

From actually playing, they don't seem to shoot it, but they just stand there as pictured.

It may be funny for a bit, but it detriments from practicing with bots on this map

Personally, I find the glitch funny, and I know whats up. The author of this map only made one of the doors 'openable'. The bots have a wrongfully scripted navmesh that takes them to the 'unopenable' door. There for, they shoot the door... because they can't open it.
