Beskrivelse
You can ignore the launcher warnings about being up to date , and test yourself if its working before commenting.

This mod changes the prime minister slot to "advisor" and unlocks one from the beginning of campaign.
This mod also enabled "when advisor, minister, faction leader or heir" to all minister positions.

Advisor cost more because with great bonuses you can get from traits, titles and ancillaries means it must come at a cost.

Notes:
Liu Bei and CaoCao get 1 extra advisor when ranking up
Gonsunzan gets 1 less

8/31
mini updates, also enabled "improve relations" and "infiltrate army" for base recruited spy

9/2
Updated to add an extra unlock admin slot through Earth reform: Regular palace attendants

3/23/2020
updated so public order affects corruption- because i found as the player its too easy and cheesy to farm rebellions in ur lands, esp once u get some pop growth going from other means.

Important!! ::
This mod also serves as my personal mod for making the campaign more difficult, it adds debuffs to the player, and small buffs to AI and certain Ai factions like CaoCao. It is important that if you use this mod- you are using my others, otherwise you might find yourself at too big of a challenge. The main reason for the debuffing is that all the extra bonuses you get are very easy for the player to micro manage and capitalize on, making things too easy imo. This is my attempt to balance it out as I find legendary easy. While not a requirement technically- ive added my dynamic WuXing mod as a strongly recommended to go along with this mod

KNOWN ISSUE:
for some reason once you appoint an advisor the effects are no longer visible, they read like an administrator,
as far as I can tell the bonuses are being applied correctly even after, so i think its just a UI bugg

Also they dont seem to show on the minister positions once appointed, but do stay in affect, you can see them when appointing or in character panel

Enjoy

NOTE:
As with all my mods- they are best used in conjunction for optimal results / balancing

I learned you can have more than 1-
so I made them unlock through progression thru faction ranks and changed to read " advisor " instead of "prime minister"

This guy figured out how to do what i originally intended w the minister slot effects, I cudnt open the table required till i updated rPFM, so i have finally incorporated this mod into mine :

I've removed my Patreon
as CA dislikes these, and I'd like to work there one day.

No, I don't think so. It just goes up off the screen. I'm pretty sure it was fine for awhile and then all of a sudden something broke? I should probably test it with just your mod collection.

Interesting,
I have not seen this before, does the tooltip ever go "down" ? its odd its picking to the display up like that

@DoubleA what resolution are you on? I know the tooltips can get large but I've never had an issue

Also, I'm having trouble actually seeing what a position does with both this and your wuxing mod enabled if someone already holds the position. Playing sun ce certainly doesn't help either. Is there any way to rescale the tooltip box so the contents actually fit on my screen?

Found a loc error - the advisor tooltip says "Being and advisor..." instead of "Being an advisor..."

@NTLuck, no idea
havent modded 3k really since before nanman,
but now that CA is done devving the game, i'll try to get some time in this summer to return and update things

Hey Havie. An out of context question but do you know how to modify the new Faction Council? I've been trying to add the Chancellor into the faction council but for the life of me I can't find the lines for it on RPFM. I could have sworn there was an option to tick if a minister is on faction council or not before 1.7 was released but I may be mistaken.

@neilios
Wu, Shu, and Wei already get extra advisor slots than other factions. Some are obtained via using my skill tree mod, some are baked in by default.

Also i am done modding till CA finishes deving 3k. So I will not be making your second request anytime soon
