Yeah the hair for Diavolo have bones that you can pose. That's how I got it to wave in the pic.

I did the posing in gm_black with the advanced bone and easy animation tools, then I did the rest in photoshop. Funny story, I didn't actually need to revamp King Crimson so much because I didn't know someone already reskinned him in workshop lmao.
