Basically if you're too lazy to watch a video under 2 minutes, let me give the gist of it to you:

1. Go in the bathroom
2. Stand in front of the door
3. Face the door with your gun(s) out
3. Spam m1 and/or m2 (if you are duel-wielding
4. Profit

Here is an easier method: go to the border of the level and keep taking circles along the edge, you dont even have to kill a single cop
