2d LIDAR Test Setup

Test Setup for a 2d LIDAR rig.

Instructions:
-Spawn in the hangar on creative island
-Press the "Activate" Button

-you can then change the range and depth values
range = changes the maximum distance to display
depth = changes the pixel brightness dropoff
for example:
range = 400
depth = 0.5
-> ranges between 2000m and 400m are displayed with a brightness of 0
-> ranges between 400m and (range*depth)200m are displayed with a brightness of 0(400m) and 255(200m)
-> ranges between 200m and 0m are displayed with a brightness of 255
