Studzianki was the location of a weeklong battle between the invading German forces and the native Polish 1st Armoured Brigade and Soviet 8th Army on the Eastern Front. The map features large fields, lots of vegetation, and a small village. A factory and trench separate the forces right in the middle of this map. The eastern part of the map is muddy and spacious, with little natural cover, but useful for flanking maneuvers or supporting your allies with artillery fire. The central part of the map is mostly open, it suits light and medium tanks. A riverbed leading from the factory to the river divides opposing forces. Use it to spot the opponents or to flank them when they least expect it. But be warned, it is unprotected and muddy, with high risk high reward for commanders who choose to push across. The fields are surrounded by hills with some concealing shrubbery offering nice striking positions and safe passage to the village.
