King crimpers don't require food

The King is a giant robot, yet needs to eat or it dies. This mod changes the crimper race hunger rate in FCS from 5 to 0. Not tested to see if it will still attack people offered onto the sacrifical stick.

only one value was changed so this mod should work with everything except another mod that alters the crimper race. put under any animal recruitment mod you may use just in case.
