Description
Looking for a new maintainer

This mod makes sure that Ethics and Civics Alternative 2.8 loads after ~ StarNet AI, by patching the two mods, as of right now it over writes the files from StarNet, but if there are any issues that spring up I can try to merge it.

Thanks for the offer but I don't actually know how to code from the ground up, just make jurry-rigged patches and 2.9 will probably screw up a lot of things I have no knowledge about

Starnet works by modifying vanilla building AI weighs so the AI prioritize better, but Ethics and Civics also touches a lot of those with the new civics. Because ethics loads after, some Starnet weighs will be lost and with that some of the efficiency. This mod doesn't cover the buildings, so something should be done about that. I'm working on my own version but it'll integrate Building Adjustments too

I changed the modifier factor for AIs to 0.01 as per the Starnet AI mod

It's because commercial zones are inefficient at the start and the AI is coded to play like a micro tryhard

@Romanophile I don't really even use these two mods anymore, and I am completely unsure why they remove it. If anyone would like to provide me a fix you can message that you added me in these comments and add me as a friend on Steam.
