Introduction
If you did the SLI Fix & you got some fps left (e.g. you got 90 fps and more), THIS GUIDE is for you!
Nevertheless, this Guide is also for people without an SLI System but who have a decent GPU.
So if you have some fps left & want to improve picture quality?! Try Downsampling!

Tutorial
First of all it is pretty easy!
It took me about 2mins to set up 2880x1620 and another 5mins for 3840x2160.

Everything is set & configured in the Nvidia Control Panel (as shown below)...

1. Go to Display ->Adjust desktop size & position ||| 1.1 Go to Display -> Change Resolution
1. Set everything as shown above and click Apply.
1.1 Select your native resolution and click Customize.
=> There you tick Enable resolutions not exposed by the display & press Create Custom Resolution.
2. Create your custom resolution:
It is important that you set the timings "Manual" as shown above.
(The Pixel Clock should not go above 165MHZ!)
2.1 click TEST
If you set everything correct, your Desktop will be shown in the resolution you chose!
(It is important: that you click Yes if you see your Desktop in the desired resolution.
=> This is for adding the resolution and not for setting it up for your desktop.)
3. Set your custom resolution ingame
& enjoy Shadow Warrior @2880x1620 / @3840x2160

Note:
Some monitors do not go beneath 56Hz, even if they are able to! That is driver related & can be fixed!
My 24" Samsung needed the EDID Monitor Hz FIX[www.oc-burner.de] for 3840x2160 @54Hz, to work properly!

Attention
Unfortunately after installing a new Nvidia Driver, you have to set your custom resolution again! (At least on some Systems...) Even with the "Express Installation".

Important Note: This Guide works for all Games! (which support high resolutions)

You're welcome! ;)
(PS: it's a shame that Nvidia lets you buy their Enthusiast stuff, but doesn't provide you with Mods / Tweaks / (SLI Profiles) / or simply "how to get the best out of your cards"...Had my 1st experience with this in 2006 on my 2 GTX 8800. xD :(

Wow u got an awesome system mate! :Owl::Burn::Pig::Horse::spacehelmet::crow:
--> 120hz is perfect!!!
The only thing i can tell you (...the following settings worked for others):
2.400 x 1.350 @ 93Hz | 2.880 x 1.620 @ 77Hz | 3.840 x 2.160 @ 60Hz

Thanks for the info I have 2 x titans but unsure if even that will be enough - my problem is I can create custom resulotions while in 5760 mode - only when I drop down to 1920. Also I see that you adjust the monitor refresh - I have 120 hz monitors would that have to be dropped to 60hz?

xD wow, that's a good question.
Honestly I don't know the highest supported resolution of your GPU.
But if you got the GPU Power & the resolution is supported, give it a try...
100% resolution -----> 5760x1080 []
150% + resolution --> 8640x1620 []
200% + resolution --> 11520x2160 []

(PS: Maybe you have to multiply the pixel clock x3, but normally you have to stay beneath 165)
Good Luck :crow:

Is this possible with a multimonitor setup @ 5760x1080 already?
