Client States Expanded Extended Timeline

-This is a simple mod that allows client states to be formed immediately.
-It allows for a maximum of 99 client states, instead of 10.
-It allows for overseas client states formation.
-It makes the relative development penalty to liberty desire of client states (and client marches) to be non-additive; meaning they behave like PUs and not normal vassals.
-It allows for almost all CBs on neighbours (if you have access to them) to be valid if the targets are neighbours of your non-tributary subjects. It treats your subjects' borders as yours. The affected CBs include: revolutionary, holy war, defender of faith, purge heresy, horde CBs, and force tributary for Heavenly Empire. As well as some ET exclusive CBs. (Idea credits to GuardHa)

This mod changes "dip.txt" (Dip tech), subject_types, and cb_types files. So it is not compatible with mods that affect technology, CB types and/or subject types.

If you are wondering why even make this OP mod. I enjoy expanding with subjects instead of coring everything from time to time; sticking to a core region and expanding with client states. For example, as France I'll expand into Germany by feeding my custom made German client state.
This mod makes life easier when you want to have multiple ultra THICC subjects. It offers a unique style for playing EU4, being tall while you go wide.

If you have suggestions leave them in the comments.

For base game compatible version use this.

@HotFri3nd:
i couldn't update the old mods because of the new UI (after 1.29)...
this mess is exactly why i waited more than one year to update my mods.. but then people were getting impatient and the problem was not solved.. so ultimately i decided to just upload new versions for the new UI!
this of course is not ideal but it will have to do. (blame paradox for the new retarded mod UI!)
just unsubscribe from the old mods and then refresh your steam mods. that should solve your issue.

You did a real mess with this mod, man! I cannot even unsubscribe now. You crashed the mod manager, man! what are you doing? And there're dozens of versions of this same mod everywhere!! what's going on?

1.29 MOD UPDATE :

I have reuploaded new (1.29) versions of (most) my mods. These had to be reploaded because I couldn't update the old ones due to the crappy new UI.

I have put links to the updated versions under the old mods' description.

Sorry that this update took so long.

@Vans Pebble:
is it not usable in its current state? because the mod UI does say it is outdated but the mod should still work... unless it's something with ET (?)

@GamesCooky:
indeed! as usual a lot of missed opportunities with Paradox...

Awesome. I just love being able to create my own puppet states. It's something i wish they would expand upon. Maybe make it so that you can create new nations mid-game using the custom nations mechanics. That would be awesome.

@Vans Pebble:
well i dont like reposting. i may have to resort to that but not yet. besides this version should be working fine (i think)

@Vans Pebble:
if you got it in the launcher then i think you done the previous steps correctly. it should work!
my issue regarding updating the mods is with the authenticity test they've added onto the new mod UI. basically all the 1.28 mods or older cannot be updated... or at least directly they cannot. if i find an indirect way of getting around that issue then i will ofc update my old mods asap.

@LimbEater:
u can just paste the mods in the mod folder and it works as usual.
im not exactly sure how to update the older mods at the moment. let's hope i'll find a solution...
