Entropy Zero Intro port (Artwork)

Description
The port now has lighting fixes but cubemaps are not working.
Half-Life 2 Episode 1 and Half-Life 2 Episode 2 must be mounted.
Mat_Specular 0 is recommended.
Sv_Cheats 1 needed for Mat_Specular 0.
