[VJ] Military SNPCs - Vietnam (Rejects)

Here are two NPCs I didn't include in the main pack because I thought they didn't look very good and the art style clashed with the rest of the NPCs. I decided to upload them into a separate pack since I went through all the effort to make them. They're also playermodels and have friendly and enemy variants just like the other pack!
I don't personally like them but you can use them if you want I guess. It's up to you.

Update:
Fixed footstep sounds to be more apprpriate
ARVN are now allied to CLASS_UNITED_STATES
NVA/VA are now allied to CLASS_RUSSIAN and CLASS_CHINA
This means the play nice with DrVrej's US and Soviet SNPCs as well as Yobamos the Donbass Rebel's China SNPCs.
