Resource Cap 9999

Description
Changes maximum resource limit to 9999 for all resources and luxuries. (Base 999)
Changes maximum science surplus per turn to 999 times the per turn value. (Base 2)
That's all.

This replaces SimulationDescriptors[Empire].xml (The Empire Class),
so it would be incompatible with any other mod that uses this file.

Based on original mod by DrgnFyre but made due to lack of updates.
Based on my own copy's files, which includes all DLCs, so compatibility may depend on all DLCs.
DLCs I owned when making this mod: Dark Matter, Supremacy, Awakening (After Re-Awakening update), Penumbra, Vaulters and all free DLCs until 20th of March 2024.

All strategics and luxuries. I compared between SimulationDescriptors[Empire].xml of the mod and the file of the game but didn't found any suspicious. I checked other installed mods and didn't found a mod that also changes this file.

To be fair, I haven't played the game in a long time, I'll have to check. Can you tell me which strategics?

It doesn't work for me: strategics are still limited to 999.

For future reference btw, if anyone knows how I can edit those 3 values, and make a separate xml file for it, without causing the game to be unable to start, I'm open to suggestions, since it'd be nice to not have to have compatibility issues with other mods.

Also updated the required DLCs based on the DLCs I had installed while making the mod, the mod might work without the DLCs, but I obviously can't guarantee that.

Should now be updated and working again, tested it just now. Tried to make it so I didn't need to overwrite base game file, but failed, so unfortunately it still has to overwrite the SimulationDescriptors[Empire].xml.

yes be warned : you cannot lauch a game with this mod on with last patch update, so you need to disable it.

doesnt seem to be working after the awakening update
