Fast Sieges (50% Attrition)

Descripción
This makes attrition begin to happen several turns earlier on sieges (so that it isn't faster to build an entire new city than it is to starve a city filled with hungry people.)

I have uploaded a version with 50% attrition (example 120 unit will go... 120 - 60 - 30 - 15 - 7), a version of 40% attrition (120 - 72 - 43 - 26 - 13), a version of 33% attrition (120 - 80 - 54 - 36 - 24), use whichever one of them fits the rate of defender attrition that you enjoy most.

Mod should be 100% compatible with most other mods if they don't interact with the siege duration tables.

Please give a thumbs-up if you use this mod to make your sieges more enjoyable so that other people can find it as well.

Without the mod, 50% siege attrition happens but after so many turns that it's faster to just manually cheese every siege, win the battle, then let replenishment replace all the casualties.

Modded, the attrition still isn't instant, but it no longer takes so many turns to begin that attrition is pointless. The difference between the 3 different attrition versions is just how dramatically the enemy should be softened (with 50% version, it kicks in fast and the enemy practically vanishes if they have no armies around. With 25% version, the enemy starts weakening soon but takes longer before it's an easy steamroll situation.)

Isn't 50% the default attrition?
