Adds Cozy Glow from My Little Pony, leading her Underground Empire.

UA: Underground Conspiracy
Cozy Cozy Glow will always convert any barbarians killed inside their encampments to her side, and she has a 50% chance of capturing barbarian ships. Her unit maintenance is reduced by 33%. She also suffers 33% extra unhappiness per population.

UU: Traitor
Cozy Glow's Traitors are her replacements for normal infantry. While the Traitor is weaker than its counterpart (its combat power is a humble 60 compared to the Infantry's 70) they recieve two powerful promotions: Foreign lands, which gives them 20% extra power in enemy lands (brining them up to 72 base power), as well as the devastating Sapper promotions, which gives all adjacent units 50% extra power against cities. The latter does not stack, nor does it remain upon upgrade.

UI: Black Network Outpost
The Black Network Outposts can be built outsied your territory to claim any luxury resource. They do not confer any extra yeilds to the tile where it is built aside from 20% defense bonus. It also claims all surrounding tiles.

Known bugs:
- For some reason the AI does not seem to build Black Network Outposts... do what you want with that, I guess.
