BWFC Squad

Description
Updated the Bolton Wanderers squad (as of the 2/9/19 transfers).
New signings have been added as well as the new manager and assistant.

They have been moved into League One but don't start with a -12 points tally as I didn't go through the nation rules to edit leagues. No wage or transfer budget.

I didn't really care about the players who had left so instead of being at their new teams or still without a club I have sent the likes of Sammy Ameobi, Josh Magennis and Josh Vela off to play for Kimjongun Sports Group in North Korea. Anderson has been removed from the club but on second thought I should've deleted him or sent him to North Korea too.

Only the players and staff at Bolton have been altered on this so it should be compatible alongside most editor files.
