[TFA] Halo Plasma Pistol Swep

Stats:

Damage: 15
RPM (Semi-Auto)(if spamclicking): 525
Clip size: 20
Spread: Average for a Halo Pistol, similiar to storm rifle but abit bigger range.
ALT-Charge Attack (Mouseclick/Mouse3 button): Takes 15 ammo from your current Clip.

Does it have C_HANDS: Unlike my othersweps who had a base with C_Hands, this one does not for it's animations, sadly, no it does not have C_Hands. I'm sorry.

Why do I need OPTRE for this base?

The entity projectile for the alt attack is from the OPTRE Base, It'll have a ported version for the weapon, but it's like this right now in order to have people view the weapon modeler/sound/damage/effects/eta's stuff that went into the weapon.
