To bind the radial menus to the keys you want in your game options from the main menu:
Options > Keyboard and Mouse > Edit Keys and Buttons > OMGOT Radial Menu

Well, if you doubt, the vpk is your authorship and I do not think that steam will allow modifying it, being subscribed to the workshop,
