IDCG - MEC 24 "Dolphin" (Small V1 Update)

Description

The Medium Endurance Cutter “Dolphin” was developed to respond to larger scale responses at farther distances, It is also flight operation capable, to extend its reach to assist and protect. It was also fitted with refueling crane to extend the range of IDCG ships and civilian ships. It has a top speed of 28 knots (fully loaded), one main tank, one jet fuel refueling tank, one diesel refueling tank, detailed interior and exterior, and a helicopter hangar (meant to be used with IDCG little bird).
Important things to note:
-IDCG Protocol states that all refueling must be done at 14 knots or less
-When folding helicopter make sure the hoztinal stabilizer is flat to fit in hangar
-When unloading do not release helicopter off the tracks without the which attached
