Oculus Periscope Mk2

Description
Designed to be used in conjunction with my Triptolemon Interplanetary Rocket Rover

Can be used on any rover or ship that needs a periscope, but it is best used with Blarg's Fancy Ruler script (PB not included). Additional timers might be needed if you want to automate its movement and scanning.
