Open your save file in a hex editor and it will look something like below:

Change values in hex editor for desired achievements per diagram.

I found it on another guide, maybe you can add this somewhere:

"The file name is always "apsdfpboasdfhsa.sav", the 4-byte fields are the following:
- 1 (the game writes 1 but it can be anything)
- 13 / 0D (the number of stored stats, DO NOT TOUCH!)
- Objects Landed
- Object Organized
- Objects Sang
- Days Passed
- Weather Plagues
- Deaths Experienced
- Deaths Prevented
- Bombs Exploded
- Thoughts Generated
- Hours Alive
- Music Keys Pressed
- Clouds Dispersed
- Minutes Idle"

Hey, this is perfect! Thanks for the help. Do you know where I can find the hex code for items on the mountain, and for how many times the mountain has died?
