Introduction
Being a new player in this game is hard, especially since there are so many merciless high level players already out there with the best gear, waiting to hunt you down. Having no in game credits is hard, and being a lower level makes it hard to get to try out new gunz and cool stuff. The list of complaints goes on, and on. This might deter a new player from progressing and continuing to play this game, but NEVER FEAR! WHOOPS IS HERE!!! XD I'll try my best to run through what you should, and should NOT be doing when you start Blacklight, from the most simple basics like training to the slightly more advanced like building your own personalised weapon.
Learn to crawl, Before trying to fly.
Before you try to shoot people, learn to shoot orange holographic target. Training. PLEASE do it. It will help you, trust me. Just because you played CS:GO and were a Global Elite dont mean u dont need to do training in Blacklight XD This training will help you understand how to use the wallhacks, or how to hack panels, and domination points. It will basically teach you all the basic mechanics to Blacklight, and make you more aware oh everything as a whole, making you a better player in this game new to you :D Also, in the future, you might wanna come back to the training room to learn recoil patterns, practise recoil control, etc. You will probably see a lot of this room in the future.
Test the Water Before diving into the Ocean.
There are these dedicated servers called "Proving Grounds", where only lvl 1-10 players are allowed to join. (essential newbie servers). This is where you wanna start, because every1 there is probably new too(unless they are an evil alt. account of some random pro) and will not be fantastic at the game. This provides endless learning and pubstomping opportunities for you. Make use of these servers to learn the basics of the game in a friendly and safe environment, where every1 else is learning too. This will definitely help you, especially since you can probably do relatively decent compared to normal servers where you get wrecked by lvl 50s.
Learn from the Pros.
If you have lots of time on your hands, and you're bored of playing and grinding the game, feel free to take a break and go watch videos or spectate a pro playing in game. This is extremely helpful as watching videos, gameplay, and even commentaries give you the opportunity to learn and pick up from these pros. This is how you can improve. If you saw some interesting move like random crouching in a gunfight, and you think it'll help you when you in your gunfights, do try it the next time you play. Watching tutorials also teach you a wide variety of things, from learning how to snipe well to learning how to control recoil to learning how to build weapons: the potential in youtube videos is almost to INFINITY. Do make use of these avenues to improve yourself :D

Also, if you fight against pros, and you FINALLY KILL THEM after ten tries, you can try to pick up their weapon and test it out. This will help you check out more gun builds, and learn if they suit you and your playstyle, or whether you never wanna touch it again. This helps you in making important monetary decisions with regards to what to buy.
Don't Waste your Hard Earned Cash.
As you play more and more, you will earn more and more GP. A word of caution: NEVER spend it all away on rented items. Everytime you level up, you will receive a level pack, which contains all the items you have just unlocked by leveling up. However, these items are just for 3 days, so when you activate these packs, make sure you try to test everything out, and see if you like any of them. Consider purchasing these items at a later date, once you are sure that those are the ideal items you want. Don't spam your GP on random parts that you want to test, and rent everything. This will just leave you with a bunch of random builds, loads of things you wanna buy, and no GP to perm any of them. Trying out other people's guns in games is also helpful in teaching you what you want to buy and use in the future. No doubt you will receive a lot of hate, but whatever, you are a newb and you need to learn after all.

Make sure whatever you are planning to buy is going to be permenant, and that you really want it and you WILL use it for a long time to come. Do a favour for yourself and make sure the deal you are going to make is worth your hard earned GP.
Spending Advice from a Spendthrift.
When you are playing and testing parts, be it to a gun or armour pieces or gear, take note of exactly what you want. Whether its that scope, or that muzzle, make sure you know EXACTLY what you want, or the consequences will be dire. After you have set this goal for yourself, try your best to work towards it. Don't let anything else distract you. Save your GP, don't get tempted by random parts that will cost you that GP, but instead focus on your one target. Once you have reached your goal, you will MOST DEFINITELY feel extremely satisfied. Give yourself a pat on the back, buy that piece to reward yourself, and go wreck some n00bs with it. This advice helped me to get everything I really wanted: 5 parts to a gun, 3 peices of armour, 3 gears, and 1 tactical equipment, by the time I was lvl 31.

These are a few of the basic things you might want to consider getting:

1. Shock Nade, Toxic Nade, and HE Nade.
These 3 grenades will all be unlocked for your usage at around lvl 10-14. Make a wise decision: If you plan to be a speedy irritant, go with the shock nade to blind people and quickly rush in to finish them, or make your escape. If you want area denial for the opponents, or like to play KOTH and DOM, the Toxic nade mught be just your thing. Use it to block hallways and choke points. And if you cant decide yet, just purchase the HE nade. It will help you and is a good addition to whatever build you plan to go with. Now, with two nades with you, go out there and have fun!

2. Heal Injector.
This is a wonderful addition to whatever build you plan to run with. Being able to heal yourself and your teamates is always useful.

3, Scopes.
As you progress, there will be more and more scopes that you can get. Screenshots of all the scopes can be found in the Steam community. Make a decision as to which scope you intend to get. Do bear in mind, when you make your decision, about your ability to control recoil, your ability to ignore muzzle flash, and whether or not you are ok with the other distractions on the scope. I suggest the lvl 12 scope if you can control the recoil but dont want muzzle flash, the lvl 15 one if you are decent with recoil control and muzzle flash, and the lvl 1 red dot sight if you are learning to control recoil and are not too good with it yet.
Spontaneously Look to Improve.
Always take intitiative when you are trying to improve. If you see some pros in a game, you might wanna ask for some tips, or tricks they have to improve. Look for ways to improve yourself, whether it is to increase your knowledge by watching videos, or by asking to learn more about different receivers from people who know their stuff.

This might sound like a repeat, but its worth highlighting :P

DO TAKE NOTE OF THIS!!!
Review Yourself.
This is a rather helpful tip to help yourself realise what mistakes you are making a lot. For example, if you like to rush into a group of enemies mindlessly and constantly get overpowered, you might not notice this when you are playing. However, if you record your gameplay or simply think about your actions before you make them, you can learn what you are doing wrongly and from there, improve. This will definitely help, especially if you stop and pause in games occassionally to think about your next actions before you act. Think about what you usually do wrongly, and make a smart move to avoid repeating it. Eventually, when you do this enough, it will become part of your instinct, which can be applied in any game. If you can, make it a habit to review yourself constantly.
Just a Few Combat Tips to do Better and Level Up.
1. Find some friends to play with you. This will make Blacklight so much more interesting. Especially if you are talking to them over mumble, and they're on your team, you guys can co-op and as a whole have better teamwork, making the game a whole lot more interesting for you and your friends. This also trains you to work with a team, which goes leaps and bounds in pubs and scrims too.

2. USE THE DEOPT!!! I cant stress this enough. You should practically be "humping" all the depots. When I play, I usually play with the mindset to find the biggest battle or the lone enemy straggler, and I think of a way to flank them or hit them hard. And than, once my work there is done, I merrily head to a depot, hump it for health and ammo, and carry on my merry way. Health and Ammo refils at every depot are like Godsends, so be sure to make full use of them.

3. When in doubt, spam explosives. Don't worry about running out, just head to the depot and grab more ammo. Spamming explosives like nades is a good way to initiate a fight, especially when you have multiple opponents to fight at once.

4. Don't Spray And Pray, be sure to aim properly, even in close quaters. This goes a long way in helping you win gunfights, whether it is long range or close range. At longer ranges, be sure to tap fire by shooting 2-3 bullets at a time, and bring recoil back under control before tapping again. This is extremely efficient compared to spraying a full clip that wouldn't hit any1 anyway. In close range, keep your crosshair around head level to ensure a swift death for your opponent.

5. CROUCHHHHH!!! When fighting in close quaters to mid range, crouching randomly is a good tool. Not onlt does it reduce spread from your spread move value to below your spread hip value, it also helps to bring your own recoil under control as crouching would bring you lower, along with your crosshair. Many people also don't tend to adjust their aim, so after you crouch, they will just be spraying at the air above you. However, they might get lucky as it is easier to shoot your head when you are crouched, so use this tip with discretion.

6. ADS and Hipfire. Aiming down Sights is extremely important to be accurate at mid and long ranges, while hip firing is extremely important to maintain speed at close to mid ranges. However, ensure that you use the two properly, and dont ADS in close quaters, or hipfire in long range. Both are important, but restricted to their respective ranges.

7. Play it Smart. As you play Blacklight, be sure to stay aware of your surroundings, and play it smart. Don't mindlessly rush into a group of 5 enemies and get destroyed. Instead, find cover to pick them off 1 by 1 or flank the whole lot and have fun running through them from behind.
Good Luck, HAVE FUN!!!
TL;DR? Do the training, play in Proving Grounds, learn from pros, spend your money wisely, take initiative to get better, take note of your own mistakes and play smart!

Now that I'm done with my guide, I wish you the best of luck out there! Pros are on the prowl, waiting for you to get wrecked by learn from them! Most importantly, have fun with the game.

Every time i stop to do anything an enemy Always shows up, This is probably because of footsteps or the V button, But is their any way to stop or help with it?

just as a tip from a pro (relative), different weapons preform different functions and play styles. The three styles of play i find: Run&gun, Shredding, sniping. What this means determines your gear and weapon utility. Running? try light weight armor and any parts that improve hipfire accuracy and run speed. Shredding? be a tank, get powerful damage items and lots of bullets. Sniping? Try supressed weapons, tap firing, and hrv recharge.

This wont be useful to everyone: but sometimes hybrid builds from the ones above can make for some serious threats. Shred while running, tank sniper, you name it... it's possible
