This guide is created to show you how you can play a offline 2 player game in Pool Nation.

This guide contains the following content:

Mouse and Keyboard

Playing 2 player game with only mouse and keyboard!

Step 1: Goto "Versus".

Step 2: Goto "Players".

Step 3: Select "Player 1" competitor.

Step 4: Select "Player 2" competitor.

NOTE: With the "ESC" button on your keyboard you can toggle the player type. There are 2 types: AI and Player 2. Make sure it is Player 2.

Do this before you click with your mouse on a "Player 2" competitor!

Now you are ready to go to play a 2 player game with mouse and keyboard.

Controller

Playing 2 player game with only controller!

Step 1: Goto "Versus".

Step 3: Select "Player 1" competitor.

Step 4: Select "Player 2" competitor.

NOTE: With the start button on your controller you can toggle the player type. There are 2 types: AI and Player 2. Make sure it is Player 2.

Step 5: Player 2 has to press A on the controller.

Now you are ready to go to play a 2 player game with the controller.

Optional: Mouse and Keyboard & Controller

If you want to play 2 player game with mouse and keyboard for Player 1 and controller for Player 2 or vice versa.

Do everything as followed by the Mouse and Keyboard How To, but when you select Player 2 competitor make sure you press the "A" button on the controller instead of clicking it with the mouse so that it will be set as controller player.

@somini, no controller is not needed for hot seat play, you can still use keyboard for both players.

sorry for late reaction... steam bugged me with new messages :S.
