The original and best Parka, Adolfo Tapia Ibarra may have lost his rights to the La Parka name in the early 2000s However, he did not lose his talent or charisma, and remains one of the biggest stars in Mexico. Shifting his style more towards powerhouse brawling and picking up a thunderous spear for his finisher in recent years, L.A. Park has traveled across the American independents, between CMLL and AAA and shown an almost ageless ability to remain not just relevant, but dominant.
