This map is a scenario map, in which you and a few friends take on the challenging challenge of heisting a bank. Unlock the doors at the front desk, get the keycard from the manager's office, power down the generator, and finally open up the vault and steal some cash!

Fully node-graphed and detailed, this map sets out to give players a more tactically minded map, players have to work together, or fail together. The map can be used in Synergy, but also some addons can be used to make this map work properly in gmod.

This is the final version of the map, there will be no further updates after this one, so I hope you all enjoy!

STORY:

You have been selected as the stunt doubles for upcoming action flick: Killquest XXIV! The director wants you to perform an accurate bank heist, with real guns and ammunition. He didn't warn you that it would be a real bank too, with full life consequences!

FEATURES:

-Npcs, with full nodegraph
-Friendly manager npc
-several objectives to be completed to succeed
-finale including snipers, a chopper, and swat teams.
-'build dispensers' at the beginning of the map, choose from close, mid, or long range. (in that order)
-major areas are detailed to the best of my abilities.

THINGS YOU SHOULD PROBABLY KNOW:

-When you go inside the vault, the manager's office and all connecting doors become locked. This is purposeful.
-Physics prop spawn glitch is now fixed. Game will still fade to black, but, you can clean up the map and continue playing. Maybe.
-The vault door is opened by pressing E on the green section of the door.
-This map could potentially be laggy! I haven't had any problems, but that's not to say you won't.

It could be one of the mods I have, but the Combine are aggressive to me and me only no matter what I do

@Jericho Samurai the combine do instantly see you, even across the map

AI is a bit bugged in this, sometimes the combine start shooting up the citizens, thus failing the mission before you even do anything

just a tip... if youre having trouble with the "Mister X is pleased" early ending, use the ~ key to open console commands and use the command "fadein". it allows you to resume play as normal

I think I may of had Blood and Gore Overhaul. Should I try it again. Also, does stealth even work on this, or will NPCs still instantly see you the moment there is no object between you and them?

If you have BGO then that's spawning a physics object in the starting area, which is causing the map to end prematurely. No physics can enter that area or the map will end.

If I'm being honest, this is a map that's aged very poorly and I'm working on a remake.

It keeps saying Mr. X is impressed every time I shoot someone. I play with Hotline Settings.

Its not even that, If you do nothing for 30 secounds It fades to black and "Mr. X is impressed with your work. Congratulations!" What work! I've done nothing!
