This is the testing branch for Stellaris On Speed, a balanced 5x speed modification for Stellaris.

Also serves as the closed beta until I've become a co-contributor on the main mod. Alternatively, I've gotten tired of waiting and publish a stable updated version on my own.

In any case, if you encounter any bugs, changes that I missed, or changes I was too overzealous with, please leave a comment below.
