Re-adds the Vector .45ACP and P7. Credits to NoImageAvailable as well as the rest of the CE dev team

Note: Both weapons are buffed slightly to make them more viable, as both of these weapons are being removed in CE 1.6 due to redundancy.

According to the CE discord, they're updating to 1.6.
in 1.6, both P7 and Vector are being tossed out.

Also these guns only re-add the P7 and Vector. It does nothing else. No extra guns, nothing.
Think of it as a preparation for 1.6

Is there a typo in the description? Latest CE is 1.5

do I use this instead of CE guns or is it a patch to add them additional?
